We are excited to be offering three Yoga Sessions this summer. Each session will start with a complete 90 minutes yoga class followed by an optional 30-minute discussion. The yoga classes will include physical poses, breath work, and meditation but are designed to be three unique practices so you’ll do and learn new things each session. The discussions will have a different topic every week, with session I focusing on movement, session II on the breathwork and session III on meditation. Each discussion will be geared towards providing you with the tools and knowledge you need to start building or deepening your own yoga practice.
We’ll talk about what we did in class, why we did it (including some of the science behind it), and how you can incorporate the tools and techniques covered into your life and yoga practice. This is an awesome opportunity to do some yoga, get your questions answered and build a solid foundation for your yoga practice. All levels welcome. *do not need to be a MTN LAB member.
